Appalling service in Share Trading team
I submitted a request to transfer my Share portfolio to another company on the 30th of January. The process is supposed to take 30 days - nothing has happened yet. Standard Bank kept asking for forms that I'd already submitted, which I then sent again. And now they simply don't reply. Truly appalling service.
