Appalling service from Standard Bank Home Loans

Since January I have been applying for a re-advance on my home loan. At first my application was denied because the assessor valued the property at zero. Obviously an error, but no-one at the home loans department was willing to get this corrected and so the only option was to start the application from the beginning. The second application has been approved, I was told to go to a branch to sign the documents. After waiting 2 hours in a branch I signed the documents and was told that in 3-4 working days the amount would be transferred into my account. On the 3rd working day I phoned the home loans department to check that all is in order, and was told that they have not received the forms that were signed. The home loans consultant tells me that I need to re-do this at the branch. Every time I phone and speak to someone I am given a different story about this application. I have never missed a payment on the bond and even pay more each month than I should. I am taking so much time out of work to sort out what should be Standard Bank's job, this is extremely frustrating. I bank with FNB and am moving our home loan there as well now.
