Appalling service from Private Banking/Home Loan

I would really appreciate it if someone from Standard Bank could contact me to provide me feedback on my further bond application. <br> <br> Between the home loans consultant and my private banker, neither seem to know what is going on - despite having a reference number & having sent through all the necessary documents, they are both ill equipped to answer a few simple questions and provide me with a timeline on next steps. <br> <br> I have spent the last few days asking for feedback and regardless of the numerous mails to and fro, have been passed from person to person, with no resolution. <br> <br> Could someone who is actually equipped to handle this query, please call me back?
