appalling service
I went to Eyethu mall for a bank stamp and I was assisted by a Thokozane Molambo who was not helpful. I had my drivers license and he told he can not use it as my identity. why is the bank using biometric system if I need to have my ID every time I'm at the brunch and why drivers licenses are not recognized as proof of identification by the bank.
