Appalling Service at Standard Bank

I am shocked and disappointed at the appalling service at the Scottburgh Branch of Standard Bank. I came in at 14h30 today to open an account for the major and was told at the reception what documents are required, I had the documents and was helped an hour later only to be told by the consultant then that the documents that were confirmed at the reception are not sufficient, and i should come back the following day, after wasting more than an hour of my time waiting in the queue.
