Appalling, Inexcusable Customer Service
The service at the SCC division is absolutely disgusting?? I've been trying to get someone to assist me in reversing an amount, which was \Transferred"WITHOUT permission/consent!! I've been calling since Monday and if I'm not either Cut off OR transferred to incorrect person"
