Appalling customer service from Recall dept for Private Client

I was victim to ********** banking details being provided for a transfer of property and attorneys fees recently. Upon discovering this, I logged it with SBSA and was advised that I needed a case # from the police and thereafter, appropriate action would take place.
Because the money left my account and went into an FNB account, I was advised that SBSA would follow up on 48 hours as to the course of action and then await 5 days for FNB to let us know the way forward.

Since SBSA did not get back to me, I took it upon myself to try to obtain feedback myself as there are no contact details to the Recall department. My name and # was taken and I was told they would call
me back. Still nothing. Then I contact my private banker to get involved. And you guessed it ... still nothing.
My question to SBSA: what am I paying private banking fees to be put on the back burner and why is your customer service so lax?

i am appalled at the lack of feedback and urgency despite so called promises that are clearly broken!!

Lastly, the amount of money involved is over R200 K so that is significant enough to warrant urgent feedback.
