Appalling Client Service

Today myself and my partner went to the Standard Bank branch in 40 Ngcuce Road in Durban for a withdrawal for our savings club. We were refered to a gentlemen called Thabane Mngadi who was serving another client at the time. We observed that he frequently loafed around chatting to other staff members, who were busy and taking his time to stand for 10 minutes starring outside the window while the client he was serving and a few of us in the que were waiting for his services. We timed him and he took exactly 55 mins to serve just one customer. We politely approached him and to our disgust he rudely shunned us off. This is the worst treatment I've ever got from a South African bank and clearly he has no client service manners at all. If I were STD Bank, I would send an observer just to see how slow and inattentive staff members in that branch are.
