Appalling, abhorrent, deplorable and *********** Standard Bank

I have never seen an *********** bank like Standard Bank! We settled my wife's Revolving Credit and requested for the account to be closed. We sent emails to the bank. Secondly, I went to the Brandwag Branch in Bloemfontein for enquiries. Yet Standard Bank simply refuses to close my wife's Revolving credit. Secondly, Standard Bank still debited my wife's account after the Revolving Credit has been settled. Thirdly, Standard Bank charged interest on my wife's Revolving Credit after the account was settled. I curse the day I ever banked with Standard Bank. I am taking the matter up with the Ombudsman and the lawyers as there is no way I am going to allow Standard Bank's incompetence to have a detrimental effect on my wife's credit rating
