Appaling Service Again

Last year I complained about STD Bank Wonderpark's bad service. We went in 4 times to get our details updated like our contact details. After the 4 t time going into the branch, I asked to speak to the manager and a woman appeared that was very unapologetic and not very helpful. I complained on Hellopeter and a man phoned me saying he was the manager and apologized which I really appreciated. <br> <br> This time we went in to FICA all our accounts about 5 weeks ago. We were there for an hour. Received a phone call just afte this which asked us when are we going to FICA the TRUST account. I informed the person on the line tht we just did it. They made copies off all the documents and we asked that if all accounts were done as well as the TRUST account. Yes they said. We get an SMS last week that our account has been frozen. We went in last Friday. After another hour and half we are still not done. They requested the same documents. Staff does not care. Excuses like we have upgrade to a new system etc etc.<br> <br> I am finished with Standard bank. Take your prestige status and shove it. Im taking all my banking to FNB. Avoid this branch like the plaque.
