App deposit from STD bank to FNB, money disappears 😡

3rd day after using the app to pay money into my wife’s FNB account. To date, money hasn’t reached FNB from Standard bank. R10k just disappeared and the bank can’t tell me nothing. Holding for hours to get through and then passed from Pilar to post…but no answer on where my money went. Did immediate payment, got charged an extra R50 for it…but it’s 3 days later and NoThing! So frustrated at this stage and it doesn’t even help shouting at the call center agents as they are honestly clueless as well. Will be contacting the ombudsmen to see if I can’t be helped. Money can’t just disappear out of my account into thin air
