App banking

The worst bank to me when it came to hackers hack your account. Recently my phone was ******. Within a few hours they emptied my credit card, cheque ⁷and savings accounts totalling more than R300,000. My credit card limit was R200,000 they managed to draw R286,000 from it. How the hell is that possible that the bank did not refused withdrawal when it reaches the limit. Three weeks since it happens and all I get from Standard bank is they are busy investigating. I am a client for over 24 yrs. Pathetic My advice is think twice before opening an account at this bank because your personal information is not safe.
