Apolling customer service

Standard Bank business bankers don't resolve issues in time, you have to hound them, they have no customer care, they lie and claim your issue is resolved after 72hours when they know they are lying and then close it. When you call their call centre they drop your calls. Even their complaints department does not do their job. I dread the day I opened any account with them.
