Apartheid Victim Service
On Friday the 22nd Jan I visited your branch in Rocklands township where my office is situated due to servicing Aparteid victims as you refer to us. I could not be help I was given phone number to call.

Same Friday I sent an email request( That seemed complicated for township branch) and I was contacted on the 26th Jan with a request for more information about my request although auto response said I will be contacted within 24 hours.

The following day I visited a well resourced branch in Town( see how ship go) and I was greeted in afrikaaaans, well I thought I needed to oblige so as to be assisted, which I did. After miss communications because the afrikkans person made a joke of my request ( oohh! you want a subsidy letter, I will help you sit there) 40 minutes later my name was called and an email was sent, even though I have an email I was not copied.

Today is the 27th Jan and I am still waiting for the Subsidy letter from Standard bank. Now I know how Social Grants Aprteid victims feels every time they have to go and get their grants.

Thanks Standard bank CEO I read your expressive letter and knew you were just doing your job
