Aparently the system does not allow you to close your account due to bad service

Just when you thought they could not get any more pathetic, So I am closing my accounts due to bad service, they email me a form to sign to close the accounts. The reason on the form- why I am closing my accounts does not say poor service- so I asked them to correct it. They say the reason is system generated and they cannot specify the real reason. Well that says it all!!
