Any excuse not to pay a claim

All i can say is all the negative posts,complaints and customer satisfaction surveys which ranks standard bank as the worst IS TOTALLY TRUE!! I never wanted to believe it until it happened to me so people i am warning you. Stay away from Standard bank. Ok so my story is i have been with standard bank for a good couple of years now and i have never claimed or caused any hassles despite receiving **** service i always left it. Well i am finally fed up with this WORST RANKED BANK. Anyway so after heavy rains my roof has been leaking and now when i finally need standard bank they tell me sorry it was caused by wear and tear well i see they actually like using that one because there is quite a few complaints about standard bank from people stating their claim was rejected because of that. I will definitely be closing all my accounts and products and services with them because i have now experienced what so many have complained about and they are definitely NOT simpler better and faster. They are the complete opposite!!
