It is with great gratitude that I write this letter. Though it is a fact that the bank is giving us very good service consistently, I cannot be blind to the exemplary and stellar performance of Mr ****ubje of your branch throughout the economic,political instability of our country . It was only the other day that I could get to know what all personal sacrifice he has undertook in the performance of duty and service to the clients of Diepsloot Mall Branch. I do not have words to recap the self defying services that Mr Phokubje rendered to the bank's clients while suppressing own tensions and pains.

I know well that the bank cannot give anything extra in financial terms or positional elevation just for one person. However I request you to arrange to record the fact, in the personal service files and also issue a letter of appreciation to the person,personally i just wanted to give credit to where its due.

Such persons are assets to your institution and hope that their tribe increases. I also express thanks for all other staff in your branch for their services also,but Mr Phokubje goes extra mile for me always.
