Another case of Gross Incompetence!!

I closed off my RCP loan with standard bank account, this was done in 2018 (if not in 2017). I spoke to an agent who advised me that the account is closed. The account shows a balance of R0.00 which has been like this since the account has been closed.

Now my credit report says am in arrears, I have missed a payment. How is this so when the account is payed up and closed. I am not willing to pay for something that was closed and of which I owe nothing for. Moreover, I have a missed payment entry on my credit record be cause of this!

This is very unacceptable and please have this sorted out as a matter of urgency. The entry on my record must be removed! I spoke to Siphesihle Mpuwati who was not so helpful on this matter as well..
