Standard Bank Has lost another customer, Me. I was not able to with draw ccash from the ATM as the ATM's did not have enough cash oner a long weekend. That was on the 28th April 2017. Then all of a sudden on my 2nd with drawl it said that i have reached my daily limit? How?? I tried contacting their call center ( Wich does not exist over long weekend.) I tried ALL The numbers on the web site (R287.00 airtime wasted) Sent an emial to the complaints dept. The lady called me on the 12th. I work for a living so I was not able to awnser the call. so I recieved a snotty email that i must provide my details. That was 2 weeks ago. Today All of a sudden I have reached my MONTHLY Withdrawl limmit. ( Wich I did not set) Cant get the amount I want. So Again I call the call center. Finally goth through Just to fail the Security questions. I said I do not own a House. But according to the system I do. I have a F@king savings acount. So please explain to me how I got a home loan. I then asjked the lady to please put me through to her suppervisor cause i was getting very angry. On hold for 14min. ( Total airtime wasted R124.00) Then cut off. i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW. Who changed or when was the new changes implemented on my account. I did not recieve any info on this. 12 months ago I was able to with draw to my hearts content. Now I cant get my cash in an emergency. I will have to take time off work. (unpaid hours) to go to the useless Highveld mall branch ( who still can not get my ne phone number correct on the system) to get this sorted. LuckrStandard bank I can changemy accound details at my Payroll office after the 15th of the month. So i will have to wait a week befor I closemy account with standard bank. 7 of my empoyees will be doing the same. Thank you for the amazing after sales service that you provide Stardard bank. ( ABSA's new branch) I made me want to move banks immediatly. A really really happy Client PJ
