Annual SC Charge unauthorised debit order

I had an unauthorized debit order go from my account with description "Annual S/C". Upon searching the internet for what this could be I came across Hellopeter complaints from others with this same issue. It seems that Standard Bank has a habbit of applying this "Annual SC Charge" as an unauthorized debit order to people's account. I had this on my FNB account this morning for an amount of R171-00. I actually have a Standard bank account so, if this is you Standard Bank Corp and Merchant, then have the decency to communicate with us, your customers, first about what this is for. Do not be sneaky and just take out money without our consent! I have disputed this debit order with FNB and got it refunded back immediately through their app, just because I do not remember giving any authorization for this. I would appreciated e-mail communication about what this is. Do not call me as I don't wish to speak to those idiotic consultants you employ and spoil my day. Just e-mail me the feedback!
