Annual SC Charge unauthorised debit order

Received a debit order off my account today annual SC charge of R160.00. Then there is still an outstanding amount of R380.00 to be paid. I have never dealt with standard bank in my life nor do i bank with you people. How can you just debit my account. This is the reference User Code 9559 User Name Standard Corp & Merchant Bank Contact Number ********** 970 I phoned the number and it does not exist. No surprise here. I want to know what this is for and if this does not get resolved i will lay a charge of ***** against standard corp and merchant bank....
