Annoyed with Standard Bank

Today on the 19th October 2023, Standard Bank went and did an Naedo's on my current account to pay my RCP. My RCP loan is up todate so I dont understand why you would go and do debit my account, I have been a loyal Standard Bank client for years. The money paid into my account was to settle DR's Bills the money was credited to my account on the 19th I have to pay the bills on the 19th and send proof of payment to our medical bill assistance team. I have anxiety since this morning 5h30 when I signed on to the APP, if I dont pay the accounts today my job is on the line it means I'm being Dishonesty and used the money for my own personal use and not for medical bills, my accounts is currently in overdraft i dont have an overdraft facility on my account. I will be taking the matter to the Ombudsman as Standard bank is causing me Unnecessary stress, if my account was in arrears i would understand the reason for the early debit and how do you guys debit R4k when there was only R2 700 in my account? I want the money back in my account today and Standard bank to compensate me forthe stress they causing me, i feel like i literally cant even breath ..
