Angry mother

Stand bank is the trustees of my son's trust fund, we never had a problem with them until this year, my son sended them email on the 25th January this year requesting his tuition to be paid , his fees has not been paid to date and to make matters worse on Wednesday the 10th ist the last day of registration, every time he calls them they keep telling him that they will forward his request to the relevant department, looks like no one is working in that department because he still waiting for his fees to be paid, it's so sad that my son will not be attending school this simester due to incompetence of other people, I am very angry because STANDARD BANK TRUST has failed my son.....
