Angry and Frustrated

I don’t even know where to start. Sometime in February I received a call from Standard bank verifying if I had app**** for a credit card with them. I told them it was not me, then the application was forwarded to the ***** you unit I understand. The lady who called advised that I go and make an affidavit seeing that someone is **********ly using my ID, of which I did. Yesterday March 23 I went to apply for a loan and was told my ID is blocked by standard bank. I called standard bank ***** unit contact centre (Where I had to hold for more than 20 minutes) and was told I need to go to home affairs for identification verification and make an affidavit. Submit those to a branch. I did that and provided a proof of residence to Standard bank Sunny park branch. I went to the branch today 24 March to check how far the process is, the lady who assisted me was not around and it seemed like they had no idea what I was talking about.

Finally some guy consulted landed me an ear and told me I should come to check on Monday, that this process takes up to 30 days. I mean 30 days, I am a victim here not the one who committed *****. I am building at home and there’s a wedding in two weeks. I need money and cannot wait for 30 days. I provided the documents they needed and why list me as a ***** while I am a victim?
