Angelina is a Star that have me 5 Star Service

I was a victim of *****. My account was debited by people I do not know, they took R99 from my account. I am not one who checks his statements, so I was shocked to here from Angelina that they did not just debit me this month, But the same was done last month. Anyone else would have just reversed the one I noticed and sent me off. No but not Angelina, She paid attention to detail and went the extra mile for me. She check and noticed they had also debited me last month. So She reversed both transactions for me, but over and above that She was professional and very friendly, her empathy and apologies were nothing but censer. 5 star quality right there. That is what customer service is meant to be like. Being a customer care call team leader myself, I must say I wish I had a team of 15 just like her.
