Angel lady at the bank

I have been struggling for weeks to get my corporate Garage card. I went to Tyger Manor Branch in Bellville and got to this lady, Esmeralda. She is like an angel. She went out of her way to help me. She phoned me everyday, for the past week and ask if I had been helped and if somebody from the bank has phoned me. I have never experienced such service from Standard Bank and 10 out of 10 for Esmeralda from Standard Bank Tyger Manor Branch.
