Angel in disguise!!!

I had an account with Standard bank Uitenhage where I could not swipe my card. I could not do telephone banking or use the app. After several infuriating visits to the bank where various people helped me to fixed this problem it was to no avail. My standard bank card was basically just for people to deposit money in and for me to draw. This inconvenienced me many times. A few weeks ago I went to the bank to make a beneficiary on my account of my Capitec card so that I can just forward monies into my other card, because I made peace with the fact that my card couldnt swipe or do any other banking. Then finally an angel Wendy helped me. When I told her my situation she said there was no need for me to struggle like that and she fixed my problem in less then 10 minutes. I can swipe now with my card. She put the app on my phone and now I can do multiple transactions without limits. I just feel the other consultants must get the same training as Wendy because 2 different consultants helped me before without providing me with the services I needed. She not only did her job well, she was friendly and very helpful. I was really very impressed with her. I couldn't believe I could finally use my card. 10 out of 10 Wendy. Keep up the good work.
