******** and unauthorized increases in bond payments

These people went and decided that they are going to increase my bond payments twice even though the interest rates didn't change in the last year. This was done without my consent or approval yet they authorized it from their end. When I enquired about it then all of a sudden a verification process is required where they can't even contact me. I will be stopping the debit order and will be sending the lawyers letter today if I get no response.
