************** and over inflated rates

I recently requested Standard bank to review the interest rate on my homeloan. After waiting for 3 weeks for an answer I was told that according to them my interest rate is low enough. Clearly what ppl say about Stansard bank and homeloans and their own biased and ****** ways are true. I have been with them for 13 years. Not a single missed or late payment. Credit score of just under 700. Standard bank is the absolute worst bank ever.
