An email that i never recieved

<p>Yesterday i published a review here on hellopeter about a poor service that in recieve from standard bank with the unresolved car issue, on their respond this morning they are saying they have sent me an email requesting me to forward them some documents inorder for them to resolve the matter, of which they didnot send any email to me the last email that i recieved from standard bank was on 23/06/2015 from this emai address ********** with the following subject: query about unresolved vihecle issue. i am even asking myself if they still have my email address. The last correspondanse with standardbank was made telephincal and i was told that they have an appointment with that captain in charge of the case and a representavive from the traffic department. Since then i did not i have not hear anything from them, telling me they have met or not.</p>
