AMENDMENTS FOR GRANT QUOTATION FOR HOME LOAN

My wife and I app**** for a home loan on the 21/01/2016 and it was granted for on the 29/01/2016 and we received the Grant quotation from home loans on 01/02/2016<br> However there was an error of name on grant quotation and we requested that they change the term from 20 years to 30 years<br> We asked for the change on Monday the 01/02/2016 and we were told that the amendment will take 3 working days.<br> We have called in on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th February 2016 and we have been told that the application is with credit department.<br> Call reference for 08/02/2016 is ***.<br> Then we were told only amendment they made was the change of name and they did not do change of term.<br> Then on the 8th February 2016 we were told that Standard Bank is experiencing IT issues and they cannot do changes. I have since spoken to Patrick (Subject Matter Expert) on the 9th and 10th of February and still no updated grant quotation and only told that there is IT issues they are dealing with.<br> We have a deadline with the developer to provide paperwork that loan granted within 30 days.<br> If we miss this deadline we will be subject to repricing and this will be due to non-performance by standard bank
