Amendment took over a month but they said its 5 da

I app**** for a home loan in October and was approved,the same day I asked for amendment to date the is no response i have to keep calling the call centre for updates and I did inform that the new offer to purchase is expiring tomorrow which is the 12/11/15 as I had a month to get an offer still no one is giving the grant for new quote and now i must loose a house just because someone cannot do their job,they said it takes 5 days for amhlendedment but for me its taking a month they did confirn that they everything when i called and I still have not gotten feedback even complaining on their website means nothing they do not respond they just says they have escalated your quiry that's all I'm highly dissapointed I just hate Std bank with all my heart
