Amendment to Home Loan app not actioned

Home Loan application ***. request for second bond was approved within a week. Std bank send instructions to attorneys but omitted to say client (myself) can have own insurance. The attorneys picked this up and asked me for proof of my insurance which i did. Attorneys returned to the bank and asked for new instructions. the bank has accepted my insurance but has FAILED to give attorneys new instructions. 4 weeks down the line and with the attorneys quering daily and the consultant at the branch trying to follow up, this amendment just gets pushed from one person to another. Attorneys are just told to contact Johannesburg amendments which they do and then it appears a staff member makes a annotation but nothing further happens. The attorneys are going out of their way to try and sort this out but to no avail. I have had 2 customer firsts loaded and on due date have received a sms saying amendment done attorney will contact me. BUT the attorney does not get instructions from the bank. I am at my pulling my hair out as I dont know what more to do. PLEASE HELP
