Amazing service call centre - Vilakazi Nobuntu and Solomon Magapa

I would like to pay a huge compliment to following to staff members of Standardbank call centre . Mrs Vilakazi Nobuntu and Mr Solomon Magapa And applaud them both for there professional service. I received on last Friday and even on Saturday .( follow up call ) I was highly irritated with a certain function on my Wallet regarding Apple ( using of a card ) on my iPhone . That being said I called for the third time into Standbank and was met by Mrs Nobuntu after hearing me she got assistance for me with Mr Magapa then she she helped okay just got assistance from Salomon from Authorisation i believe . Solomon was actually unbelievable!! he was patient , and understood and very quickly knew what to do . After at least 20!minutes which is I’m was concerned seeing that I was only able to transact again rhe following day . He went the extra mike . He would check in with me again the following day .’(-Sat ) Which he did spot on - time as agreed.

Wow that really amazing service.

Hope both these 2 managers will take note of their staff member Z which made their Dept PROUD .
