amazing service

on friday i had a problem with my bank card from steward bank in Zimbabwe. Had been trying to withdraw money and i had gone to all the other banks and still could not withdraw money. I kept getting an error the other banks could not even tell me what the error meant or help me out. finally i tried the standard bank atm by sunnypark mall and got an error. the bank manager was outside assisting clients and note i had been informed by the other banks including my own bank that they could not assist me and that i had to call steward bank. but Gilbert took me inside the bank and made calls. Managed to find out what the error meant, even called my bank and advised me on what to do. how remarkable is this. i was thoroughly impressed and baffled. I am definitely opening an account with the biggest bank in africa. even though he had no obligation towards me he went the extra mile and i was helped. i am impressed with the service and the level of compassion he had towards me, Thank you.
