Amazing Service

I would like to compliment Wisani Mashele from the silverton branch for her amazing service. I walked into the branch irritated that i did an online application for a loan and yet i was told to still go into the branch, where i will still have to queue to do something i thought was already done online. When i got there she welcomed me with a friendly greeting and assured me that she will not take up much of my time and true to her words, she assisted me in less than 10 min and finalized my application while i was there. I was amazed, it's very rare this days that one receives such an excellent service. Keep it up Wisani, don't ever change.
