Amazing service

I had problem with receiving my card as the branch were was supposed to get it from in Centurion is temporally closed, I was devastated as the was no. Clear communication or notification, I have spoken to many agents with no luck but Saturday I got my luck the lady that assisted me she even went all through to call me back when I ran out of airtime and try by all means to contact Menlyn branch, she really did her all serving me with world class service, she said she was Tshego or Kgomotso I forgot her name but all in all I would like to thank her as my card was delivered to me did not have to go to the branch. Much thanks to the team that assisted her.
