Amazing Is an understatement- Khanyisile Mlambo

I was attempting to open an account online. Didn't get the response I wanted.

So I called the number on the site and got through to Khanyisile Mlambo - voice branch operations

To say she was amazing is an understatement.

Because I had clearly selected the wrong prompt option .

She didn't just transfer me or give me another number to call.

She treated me like a 1st time customer should be treated.

She got me directed via call and email to the dept that could help me .

She was so good because I have been wanting to open an account but not with my current bank Because it's to accessible to me and wouldn't end up saving what I wanted.

I'm now in the process because of my 1st experience with Std Bank because of her.

Because I assume if that's how I'm dealt with at contact stage then ,it can only get better.

I'm sure she would make an amazing team leader or supervisor.

She should be a trainer because wow.
