Amature Standard bank error might cost me my house ! Standard bank systems lost important information

After going through a divorce in 2011, I made a request for a section 45 (bis) endor*****t to change the bond from being under both me and my ex-husbands names to just mine as it was part of the devorce agreement.

After going through the legal and andmin process I was notified by Standard Bank letter that the endor*****t was registered on the 20th June 2012 and I was substituted as a sole-debtor for the abovementioned home loan account. The matter was handled by standard bank appointed attorneys the service for which I paid for .The account was changed into my name and I received statements in my name without any problems until 2015,when all of a sudden the home loan account was changed into both my name and my former husband’s name.

Since then, I have tried numerous times to query the problem telephonically without any success. I then decided to go personally to the Newton Park Standard Bank to lay my compliant with the branch. The consultant who assisted me (Ntombozuko Mantambo) forwarded all the supporting documents that were requested from me to home loan department.

I have since sent al lthe confirmation letters to standard bank to show them that they have made an error but have been sent from pillar to post with no solution.I am extrimly worried that the house that is my children's home is now under threat due to negligents from the bank .What makes it even worse is that they are not even interested in resolving the issue.
