Am not happy!!

My car is under finance with Standard Bank I then opted to go under debt review which I thought it would make my life much easier.. according to my statements from debt review my accounts are paid and paid on time but what’s shocking is that am still receiving calls stating that my accounts are still not paid ?? But how if debt review is debuting and getting statement’s from them that they paying the accounts . Am now getting calls from debt collectors and aswell wa Standard Bank saying that the account is in arrears .. I have tried going to the branch with the debt review statements but still getting a run around .. honestly it is annoying to get calls on a daily basis telling you that you owing an account .. please assist .. I never thought I’d get poor service after being with Standard Bank for so long
