Always Totally Malfunctioning

I have previously complained about this ,however, the problems is ongoing and has been for years now.

The Standard bank ATM situated at SPAR supermarket, corner of Mimosa street and Da Gama road, Jeffreys bay is is constantly out of order. I understand that ATM unavoidably all experience problems at some stage or another but this ATM takes the cake. There are 3 other bank's ATM at the same location and as I am a customer of 3 of the banks including Standard bank, I use the other machines aswell and their downtime if and when it occurs is minimal. The standard bank ATM has now been down for almost a week and this is the case everytime it experiences a problem. There is absolutely no urgency to repair/reset or whatever it requires and as the nearest other Standard bank ATM is a few kilometers away, customers are having to fork out Saswitch fees for withdrawals from other ATMs out of sheer desperation. This is not on and Standard bank seems to have little regard for the situation that their customers are finding themselves in.

Can we have some action now and not just a window dressing repsonse as is always the case.
