Always had good service so why now?
I have a standard bank credit card and after my new home loan application (which was approved) i had to fight to get it approved, because the Standard Bank credit card shows up twice on my credit record. It shows Edgars credit card (previous name) and Standard Bank credit card (current name). Why is this happening? I want this sorted out, because according to the credit check i have double the amount of debt that i really have!
