Almost a year later since standard bank was down i

Last year when standard bank was down, my profile got affected and I stopped receiving Proof payments and I've since logged so many complaints and queries to the bank....I've gone to the branch more than I can count, I've sent my personal banker so many emails and also called the call centre and no one till today is able to help me...<br> This is my final complain and if they don't sort it out I promise I'm moving banks.<br> <br> Please sort this out ASAP.
