Allocation of home loan subsidy amounts from Department of Human Settlements

Today I visited Standard Bank branch in Bloemfontein Nelson Mandela after three months of waiting for payment. The payment was made from the department of human settlement in connection with approved flisp subsidy. Standard Bank gage the department an account number to deposit the funds into and we’re supposed to allocate it to each approved client who had a home loan with Standard Bank according to their different ID numbers and different amounts which they each qualified for, it’s been months waiting for Standard Bank to do this allocation but today I was told that the account which the money is in can not be accessed by just anybody therefore the matter was escalated to higher level as an investigation needs to take place in order for them to be granted access to that specific account. This is totally frustrating.
