ALL ATM cash deposit offline

Yesterday 2 November 2015, my mother wanted to pay money in her account for her short term insurance premium to go off with her normal debit order. She had no transport during business hour - and decided to make a cash deposit to her account for the debit order. We stop at the first ATM in Linton Grange Branch and the Auto plus cash deposit not available/off line. Then stop at the ATM in Cape Road Auto plus cash deposit not available/off line, then we went to Greenacres Standard Bank Branch Auto plus cash deposit not available/off line - NOT ONE ATM ACCEPTED CASH DEPOSITS..... we were driving around looking for an ATM and not one accepted cash deposit - this is ridiculous... because off that my mother debit order did not go off and this mean fees to her account and a double debit next month.
