All around terrible service from Standard bank

In 2012 I decided to take a voluntary retrenchment package from my company and unfortunately it took me 7 months to find a new job and even then, earning less than I had previously. So in 2013 I decided to enter debt review. Fast forward to 2015 and I am in a more comfortable position to resume paying my debts at the original rates, so after checking with Standard Bank - and receiving an email from their debt review department, stating that I would get access to all the credit facilities I had prior to entering debt review upon exiting, I decided to cancel my debt review.
Not only have they not given me back the overdraft and RCP limits I had prior to entering debt review, but I have found out, that less than a month after exiting debt review, and trying to get a debit order instituted for my credit card payments, that they have handed me over to attorneys, without even bothering to contact me.
I have emailed, sent secure messages, phoned, been to branches and no joy. They cannot even set up my EAP limit until my salary is paid into the account. No one will take ownership and assist. Even trying to set up a debit order for my bond is proving impossible. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
