Al i want is a email statement!

My credit card account has been handed over to Strupel Berman a while back and I had to call standard bank who transferred me to collections who transferred me to the legal department and who then eventually told e my account is with strupel. Now this is not a problem, but my problem is I received not 1 email or statements from Standard bank or Strupel Berman even though I have been requesting it via email and their banking details inorder for me to make my own payments since last year. How do I keep record of account? How do I know I haven't paid over and above? how do I know these things? I don't I have to call everytime requesting the same information and Standard bank says because my account has been handed over Strupel has to send the statement, Strupel say the manager has to request the statement from Standard bank? this is pathetic and all I want is record of payments made and outstanding balance with bank details via email.... Why Is this so difficult?
