Hi there

It all started this past Saturday when I wanted my 500 IM and was treated like a mad *** Can someone slap me for even considering using cardless service from STd bank because clearly your developers are defeated the service is standard like the name suggests? I can't reset pin for 2 of my transactions in my cellphone, technically standard bank won't give me the pin for money that's in my possession already.

My brother owed me, paid me and he died!!! Biggest mistake was asking someone else but what's wrong with that? It's meant to make life easier, instead it's a nasty tug of war.

If anyone at Standard Bank is interested you can logon IM on ***, my brother asked the sender to send the both transactions to me how am I to contact your client? I mean you should be able to reset that pin that's why there's a call centre. I'm disgusted .... AG it defeats the purpose
