Agent told me to go to FNB

Hi, I just called your call centre to find out if I can get a better interest rate as FNB has offered me one to move to them. Then I was told to get one I should go to FNB. I really can't believe it, I have so many accounts with Standard Bank and it's like you guys don't need my business! Time for me to move everything! Craig
