Where in the hell did they get my address that appears on my bank statement, when I went into the branch Carnival mall with proof of residence?

I have not stayed at that address for about 13 years. What is the use then you have to take proof of residence when you go and colkect a card? Now if anything happens and you really have to go to a branch with proof of residence? Do they think I still have any documents with that address on. Also, on internet bankinf, i am still awaiting feedback from Feb 2022 regarding my details being updated on Digime that states ( The rocess has been started) How the hell can it not be updated when I went to thr branch with all my do****s?

So, hiw much does someone wabt to bet me that I wll NOT get a reoky?
